Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all students who enroll in courses provided by Erai Japanese Language School and Consulting Company. By submitting an enrollment form or participating in our courses, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is completed once the student submits the enrollment form, pays the required fees, and receives a confirmation of acceptance from us.
  • Students are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Student Visa Requirement

  • Students who wish to apply for a Student Visa (留学ビザ) through our school must complete at least a 4-month course.
  • We will provide supporting documents required for the visa application only after completing the 4-month course and paying the student visa processing fee.
  • The visa application process is subject to review and approval by the Japanese immigration authorities.
  • Enrollment in the course does not guarantee visa approval.

4. Attendance and Participation

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate actively.
  • Absences without valid reason may affect visa eligibility and academic standing.

5. Tuition Fees and Payment

  • ₱2,000.00 must be paid in order to enroll.
  • Remaining balance is payable in 8 installments (every 15 days) or within 4-month period.
  • Other fees (book, uniform and ID) must be paid prior to the start of the course.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Enrollment fee is non-refundable but transferable credit, can be used for other services that we offer.
  • Other fees are non-refundable after the course begins.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Students must behave respectfully toward staff, teachers, and fellow students.
  • Disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or violation of school rules may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred on school premises or during school-related activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
  • Students are responsible for their own personal belongings.

9. Changes to Course Offerings

  • We reserve the right to modify course schedules, teachers, or content as necessary.
  • Any major changes will be communicated to students in advance.
